Melexis In rough weather, exaggeration only deepens the valley

Melexis enters 2026 with a message that is far from triumphant: the recovery is happening, but it remains “an uneven recovery”. 4Q25 delivered growth, yes—but only just—and once again China dictated the rhythm with swings that overshadow structural progress. We updated our model taking into account management insists that FY26 will mark the start of margin improvement, and while the yield normalization story is credible, it does little to offset the uncomfortable reality of flat sales in 1Q an...

ODDO : Long legacy carriers vs short LCC: the choice for 2026

For 2026, we think that the trend will be more favourable to the European legacy carriers in terms of both RASK (more modest growth in capacity and a more positive trend on the long-haul network, particularly transatlantic) and CASK excluding fuel, aided by positive base effects. We have upgraded Air France-KLM and Lufthansa to Outperform, downgraded Ryanair to Neutral and Wizz Air to Underperform. A more favourable trend expected in 2026 for legacy carriers

ODDO : 10 analysis charts: a pipeline of projects that remains solid

For the start of 2026, we have selected ten charts to identify the sector's main drivers. Capex is expected to fall by 1.5% in 2026 after a 70% rebound from the low point of 2020. This reduction will mainly come from the US market (greater discipline due to higher breakeven points). At this point in the year, we prefer SBM Offshore (Outperform, target price € 45), Vallourec (Outperform, target price € 22 vs € 20.8) and Technip Energies (Outperform, target price € 49) and have adopted a more caut...
