Worldline plans to issue € 500m of new unsecured notes due 2029. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including in whole or in part the buyback of 2025 and/or 2026 convertible notes. The deal is leverage neutral (1.9x at end-June 2024) and will improve the liquidity position so as to cover 2025 and 2026 maturities. It will however weigh on interest payments (€ 25m p.a.).
