Soitec’s RF-SOI business is stabilizing after a steep inventory correction, with growth expected to resume next year. We anticipate mid-teens annual growth through the decade, driven by RF-SOI normalization and expansion in POI, Power, Photonics, FD-SOI, and potentially SmartSiC.
