Cohu Announces Partial Debt Prepayment

Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHU), a global leader in back-end semiconductor equipment and services, today announced that it has prepaid $100 million of its term loan B (TLB) facility. As a result of this prepayment, Cohu has reduced the outstanding principal of its TLB to approximately $206 million.

The debt repayment was funded with a portion of the approximately $233 million gross proceeds from the sale of common stock completed on March 12, 2021.
