In the first three months of the current fiscal year 2022, the company generated an EBIT adjusted of EUR 11.0 million (Q1 2021: EUR 40.8 million) and earnings before taxes (EBT) amounted to EUR -1.0 million (Q1 2021: EUR 32.8 million). In the previous year the result was positively influenced by the successful sale of the activities in the Commercial Properties Development segment, among other things.
