The company got off to an excellent start in 2021. In the first three months of the current fiscal year 2021, the company generated an EBIT adjusted of EUR 40.8 million (Q1 2020: EUR 22.7 million) and earnings before taxes (EBT) amounted to EUR 32.8 million (Q1 2020: EUR 13.0 million). Among other things, earnings were impacted by the successful sale of the activities in the Commercial Properties Development segment. Tobias Meibom, CFO of Gateway Real Estate AG, comments: "The figures of the first quarter 2021 demonstrate, that our company is able to generate very good figures despite the current COVID-19 pandemic. We therefore confirm our full-year guidance of an EBIT adjusted of EUR 95 to 110 million and earnings before taxes (EBT) of EUR 70 to 80 million."
