IMMOFINANZ AG wird zu CPI Europe AG

 

Die Umbenennung der IMMOFINANZ AG in CPI Europe AG, beschlossen in der außerordentlichen Hauptversammlung im Jänner 2025, wird mit Eintragung in das Firmenbuch ab heute offiziell wirksam. Mit dem neuen Namen wird die Zugehörigkeit des Unternehmens zur CPI Property Group auch im Außenauftritt klar ersichtlich. Damit wird die Markenidentität und die strategische Positionierung als eine der führenden Immobiliengruppen Europas gefördert.
