Don Lowman Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner and North American Leader, Executive Pay & Governance

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Don Lowman has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and North American Leader for the Executive Pay & Governance practice. He will be based in the firm’s Stamford office.

Mr. Lowman is a seasoned business executive and has more than thirty years of experience in executive compensation, talent management and leadership consulting. He has extensive experience working with senior leadership and boards of directors for many of the world’s largest and most successful global companies.

Most recently, Mr. Lowman was the Chief Operating Officer of the College of William & Mary, Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Previously, he was a Principal and Executive Compensation Practice Leader for Aon Hewitt and a Managing Director and Board Member at Towers Perrin.

“Don brings a wealth of executive compensation expertise and leadership experience to our firm. We will benefit significantly from his leadership as we continue to expand our capabilities to better serve our clients,” said Bob Wesselkamper, Global Head of Rewards and Benefits Solutions.

Mr. Lowman holds an M.B.A. from the College of William & Mary, Raymond A. Mason School of Business, and a B.A. from Randolph-Macon College. He is a Board Member of the College of William & Mary, Raymond A. Mason School of Business Foundation.
