Jon Barney Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Jon Barney joined the firm as Senior Client Partner. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Washington D.C. office and will lead the firm’s advisory services for Defense Aerospace in North America.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barney was a managing director at Avascent, where he oversaw engagements for their market leading aerospace, defense, government services and technology clients worldwide. His areas of focus included global strategy expansion, M&A, organization design, innovation and adjacent market strategies.

Mr. Barney has extensive experience in multiple senior leadership, strategy, and talent management roles at global search and consulting firms in the industrial, aviation, aerospace and defense sectors.
