Jorge Gomar Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Jorge Gomar has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the Global Industrial Market practice. He will be based in the Dallas office.

Mr. Gomar joins Korn Ferry from a leading global executive search firm, where his talent advisory experience spanned chemicals, materials, packaging and industrial manufacturing. He has led assignments for publicly-traded, private equity-backed, and privately-owned companies.

Prior to executive search, Mr. Gomar worked with AlixPartners, where he was part of the interim leadership team responsible for the restructuring and turnaround of Eastman Kodak. Before that, he was a management consultant for A.T. Kearney.

Mr. Gomar has advised clients on growth strategy, profitability improvement, cost transformation, M&As, divestitures, post-merger integration, organizational design, manufacturing, procurement and supply chain optimization.

Mr. Gomar received an MBA from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer.
