Lee Esler Joins Korn Ferry’s Global Technology Practice as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Lee Esler has joined the firm’s Global Technology Practice. He will be based in the Atlanta office.

Mr. Esler brings nearly 20 years of leadership consulting experience, with a strong focus on CEO and board searches.

Mr. Esler joins Korn Ferry from a global recruiting firm, where he led the Technology Practice and worked extensively on CEO, president and board engagements across the technology spectrum. He also served as a core member of the Board Practice, as well as the Business & Professional Services Practice, where he gained significant experience leading CEO, managing director and president searches.

Mr. Esler also has particularly strong relationships with private equity companies that seek his expertise in CEO talent advisory in the technology and business services space.

Previously, Mr. Esler spent three years at another global executive search and management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at Compaq Computer Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and Eastman Kodak Company. Prior to entering the executive search profession, he led a technology startup in the software and services space.

Mr. Esler received his Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from Miami University (Ohio) and his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Georgia, the advisory board of the Global 50 and the Atlanta FinTech Task Force.
