Marco Santana Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Marco Santana has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and Regional Rewards and Benefits Leader for South America. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s São Paulo office.

Mr. Santana joins Korn Ferry from a leading global advisory firm, where he was regional leader for the International Rewards and Benefits Practice in Latin America. Here, he drove marketing and sales strategies and conducted large regional projects with multinational clients.

“With more than sixteen years of consulting experience, an extensive background in Rewards and Benefits, and knowledge working with distinct cultures and languages, Marco will be a great asset to the region and the firm,” said Stephen Kaye, CEO of Korn Ferry Hay Group.

“Marco covers a large spectrum of Rewards and Benefits, from Mergers and Acquisitions and compliance to total rewards strategies, compensation management structures and employee incentive plans,” said Dominique Virchaux, President, South America, Korn Ferry. “We look forward to him growing our Rewards and Benefits Practice in the region, while supporting our global strategy.”

Mr. Santana has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also completed several executive courses including a program at Northwestern University at The Kellogg School of Management.

He is bilingual in English and Portuguese and speaks Spanish fluently.
