Mario Pepe Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Mario Pepe has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Global Technology Practice, and Managing Director of the Reston office, where he will be based.

Mr. Pepe brings over two decades of leadership consulting experience, with a strong focus on CEO and Private Equity engagements.

Mr. Pepe joins Korn Ferry from a leadership consulting firm, where he was a leader in the Technology and Private Equity Practices, and worked extensively on CEO, President and Board engagements across the Technology spectrum. Here, he also served as a core member of the Aerospace & Defense Practice, in addition to being involved in and leading large Leadership & Succession projects globally.

“Mario’s strong leadership skills and deep industry knowledge and expertise in Technology and Private equity, will greatly benefit our firm and client base,” said Doug Charles, President, Americas, Korn Ferry.

Previously, Mr. Pepe spent over six years at a global executive search firm in their Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Practice and, prior to his leadership consulting career, worked as a senior manager for Bain & Company in London and Milan, advising telecom and technology clients. Before that, Mr. Pepe was a junior manager at The Boston Consulting Group in Toronto on their eCommerce team and, prior to that, in Palo Alto.

Mr. Pepe received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management at the United States International University and his International MBA at the University of San Diego. He is a member of the Economic Club of D.C. and serves on the Federal City Council of D.C. as a Membership Committee member.
