Randall Wofford Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner, Global Account Leader, Industrial

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), today announced that Randall Wofford has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner, Global Account Leader, Industrial. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office.

Mr. Wofford joins Korn Ferry from Aon Hewitt, previously Hewitt Associates, where he spent most of his career in human capital consulting. At Aon, Mr. Wofford developed and implemented several successful new products and services, was responsible for revenue growth, client satisfaction and retention, and profit across all company solutions. He also successfully managed cross-service teams and drove engagement.

Most recently, Mr. Wofford was Senior Partner, Market Leader at Aon, responsible for all human capital services and clients across Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Alabama, representing one of the firm’s largest markets, driving annual revenue targets for growth.

“With nearly two decades of experience working in human capital management and consulting with Fortune 500 companies and C-suite leadership, Randy’s established career and ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and successful teaming and development will be an asset to our firm,” said Yannick Binvel, President, Industrial, Korn Ferry.

Mr. Wofford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia.
