Stephanie Davis Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Stephanie Davis has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner, North American Private Equity, Technology Leader. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s Los Angeles office.

Ms. Davis brings over 20 years of leadership consulting experience, with a strong focus on CEO and board searches.

Ms. Davis joins Korn Ferry from a global recruiting firm, where she was a founding member of the Business/Technology Services practice and worked extensively on CEO, president and board engagements across the technology spectrum. She also served as a core member of the CEO & Board Practice and led the Software practice previously. Ms. Davis also has particularly strong relationships with private equity companies that seek her CEO and leadership expertise in the technology and business services space.

“Stephanie’s elevated leadership expertise and knowledge in navigating the challenges of C-suite transitions for Fortune 1000 companies as well as private equity-backed organizations will be a strong addition to the firm,” said Doug Charles, President, Americas, Korn Ferry.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, Ms. Davis was a software executive, leading the international growth of an educational software company. Prior to that, she was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and earlier in her career, she was in corporate finance and capital markets at Prudential Investment Corporation.

Ms. Davis earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science in Engineering, cum laude, from Princeton University. She is a national trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and a member of the Women Corporate Directors organization. She is a frequent speaker on board governance and recruiting trends.
