Virginia Bowden Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Virginia Bowden has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner, Strategic Accounts Retail and Consumer Goods Industry Sector. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s Philadelphia office.

Ms. Bowden joins Korn Ferry from Aon Hewitt, where she served as a Partner and Philadelphia Region Market Leader, and was responsible for helping to manage and expand Aon Hewitt’s presence in PA, DE and NJ. Prior to that, Ms. Bowden was a Client Relationship Manager at Towers Watson, where she managed complex global clients.

“Virginia brings more than 27 years of experience working with large clients across multiple industry sectors including Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Pharma,” said Caroline Nahas, Vice Chairman & Head of North America Consumer Practice, Korn Ferry. “She has partnered successfully with retailers to overcome the challenges they face as they work to be profitable in a quickly changing environment while simultaneously taking care of a highly dynamic low paid workforce. We look forward to her joining our team.”

With a background in Organizational Behavior and Rewards, Ms. Bowden helps clients focus in on how to source, engage, motivate and reward workforces in an efficient and effective way linking these strategies to business outcomes.

Ms. Bowden has served as the Board President of the Women’s Resource Center in Wayne, PA, and is now responsible for the Fund Development Committee of the WRC Board that is tasked with raising funds to support WRC programs.

Ms. Bowden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Paralegal Certification from the Philadelphia Institute in Employee Benefits.
