Meritage Homes Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend and $500M Increase to Share Repurchase Authorization

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE: MTH, “Meritage” or the “Company”), the fifth-largest homebuilder in the U.S., today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share. This dividend is payable on September 30, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on September 16, 2025.

Meritage’s Board of Directors has also approved a $500 million increase to the Company’s share repurchase authorization.
