Mutares SE & Co. KGaA: Portfolio company Alcura France has received an irrevocable offer for the acquisition of its care services activity

Munich, April 1, 2025 – Alcura France, a 100% subsidiary of Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: ), has received an irrevocable offer for the acquisition of its home healthcare services activity – referred to as PSAD (Prestations de Santé à Domicile) – from Santé Cie Group, a leading European player of homecare and ambulatory care. The targeted activity generated ca. EUR 17 million in revenues in France in 2024.

The closing of the transaction remains subject to customary conditions including the consultation of the relevant works councils.
