Volvo (Hold, TP: SEK285.00) - Can’t see the road for all the trucks

We have downgraded Volvo to HOLD (BUY) and cut our target price to SEK285 (320) after lowering our 2025–2026e adj. EBIT by 13%, and are now 14–17% below consensus. Although the valuation appears low at 10x 2024e P/E, in our view downside potential to consensus from lower volumes and further price/mix normalisation in 2025e is a key concern for investors and should make the equity story less appealing over the coming year.
