Altice International (Equal Weight) How can ATCI do the seemingly impossible: sell FF stake, protect Portugal ServCo and delever? We think we have a solution
One of the conundrums ATCI faces is how to delever without losing control of or deconsolidating FastFiber– a seemingly impossible task, but we think we have a solution. If we are right, it means that ATCI has a way to delever, and protect the ServCo in Portugal from a wholesale deal, and on that basis, the ATCI bonds look like an attractive investment (assuming proceeds aren’t moved outside of the restricted group).
