Liquid Intelligent Technologies (HY, Overweight) Pro forma balance sheet for equity raise suggests the bonds offer good value
Strong Q2 numbers and progress on both extending the SA TL and raising equity increases our confidence that Liquid is set to avoid a liquidity event. Bonds look cheap despite the rally on that basis. This note shows pro forma leverage assuming the equity raise proceeds as now seems likely.
