Co.'s individual software solutions are comprised of ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite, ATOSS Startup Edition, and ATOSS Time Control.

Bossard Holding AG is a Switzerland-based holding company of the Bossard Group specialized in the procurement and sale of fastening elements. Through its operating entities, the Company focuses on the procurements of fasteners, including sales, technical and engineering support and inventory management. The Company's business model covers three strategic areas: Product Solutions, providing product line, which covers standard parts, components developed in-house, branded products, as well as special parts; Application Engineering, which includes technical advice, and Customer Logistics, which offers logistic solutions. The Company has approximately 50 locations worldwide. The Company's products include Bossard ecosyn, screws and fastening elements, standard fasteners, custom-made screws, nut and bolts for special uses and brand-name fasteners. Fonciere Inea. Fonciere Inea SA is a France-based company that specializes in owning and managing commercial real estate properties. The Company's portfolio consists of office buildings, e-mail platforms, local businesses and warehouses. The Company operates through its subsidiaries, including SCI PA, SCI Alpha 11 Marbeuf and SAS MD, among others. Fonciere Inea SA comprised properties located throughout over 20 regional cities in France, including Espace Concorde in Montpellier, Champ Chardon in Orleans, Exapole in Saint Herblain, Les Baronnies in Marseille, Za Kennedy, among others. The Company has also a 22% stake in Messageries Developpement SAS (formerly Saint Honore Patrimoine). The Company has operations only in France.

Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide is an airport operator. Co. is divided into four segments: aviation, which includes airside and terminal management as well as corporate safety and security at the Frankfurt site; retail and real estate, which consists of retailing activities, parking facility and real estate management at Frankfurt Airport; ground handling, which comprises services dealing with passengers, aircraft and cargo; and external activities and services, which comprises Co.'s companies outside the Frankfurt site and auxiliary services in Frankfurt, including information technology and facility management in particular.

Gerresheimer is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. manufactures glass and plastic products for the pharma and healthcare industry. Co.'s operates in three divisions: Plastics & Devices, which its product portfolio includes products for the administration of medicines, such as insulin pens, inhalers, and prefillable syringes; Primary Packaging Glass, which produces glass primary packaging for medicines and cosmetics, such as pharma jars, ampoules, injection vials, cartridges, perfume flacons, and cream jars; and Life Science Research, which produces laboratory glassware for research, development, and analytics, such as beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, and measuring cylinders.

Nexans offers cables and cabling systems for the Infrastructure, Industry, Building and Local Area Network markets. Co.'s offering covers the research, design, manufacturing, installation, training, and network supervision and control. Co. operates under three segments: Energy (power cables for energy infrastructures, special cables for industry, and equipment cables for the building market), Telecom (cables for private telecommunications networks, junction components for telecommunications network cables, and copper and optical fiber cables for public telecommunications networks) and Electrical wires (wirerods, electrical wires and winding wires production operations).

Safestore Holdings is engaged in the rental of self-storage space and the sale of ancillary products such as insurance and merchandise (for example, packing materials and padlocks) in both the U.K. and Paris.

Soitec is a manufacturer of silicon and integrated circuits. Co. offers products based on Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI), which serves to support the manufacturing of more energy-efficient integrated circuits. Co.'s operations can be divided into three divisions: Electronics, Solar Energy and Lighting. The Electronics division manufactures and sells substrates and components intended for the microelectronics industry; the Solar Energy division manufactures and sells photovoltaic modules, designs and constructs turnkey projects, and operates photovoltaic power plants; and the Lighting division isolates resources to develop materials designed for the production of light emitting diodes.

Tecan provides laboratory instruments and automation solutions. Co. also provides solutions for various applied markets such as forensics, the food industry, crop research, the cosmetic industry and veterinary applications. Co.'s automation solutions include instruments, software packages, and configurable modules as well as regulatory and quality consulting, service and consumables. Co.'s segments include life sciences business, which supplies end users with automated workflow solutions directly; and partnering, which develops and manufactures OEM instruments and components that are distributed by partner companies under their own names.

TomTom develops and sells of navigation and location-based solutions, which include among others, Portable Navigation Devices, sport watches, maps, traffic, navigation software and fleet management services. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had four segments: Consumer business, which is focused on creating location-based products; Automotive business, which provides modular components, being maps, traffic and navigation software, to car manufacturers and head unit vendors; Licensing business, which sells TomTom map, traffic and navigation software as well as cloud-based products and platforms; and Telematics business, which provides fleet management solutions for commercial fleets of any size.
