BAYER: ACUERDO PARA RESOLVER DEMANDAS POR EL GLIFOSATO (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
Acuerdo para resolver demandas por el glifosato. SOBREPONDERARBAYN propone un acuerdo en EE. UU. para resolver demandas actuales y futuras relacionadas con el caso glifosato, aunque todavía pendiente de aprobación judicial. Las provisiones aumentarán hasta 11.800 M euros (vs 7.800 M euros anteriores) para cubrir futuros pagos durante 21 años. Con esto BAYN prevé un flujo de caja negativo en 2026 por un impacto de c. 5.000 M euros. No prevén ampliaciones de capital. Aunque las provisiones anunciadas estarían por encima de lo estimado por nosotros (3.700 M euros vs 8.900 M euros del valor presente de lo previsto por BAYN; -5 euros/acc. en P.O.) valoramos positivamente el acuerdo (+7% de subida del valor ayer) porque acerca el cierre de este riesgo.
