HESITATION
The market showed hesitant action around the 1,650 point threshold and maintained gains at the close of the session. Liquidity decreased compared to the previous session, indicating that both cash flow and supply are in a probing state after the market's relatively quick decline/increase volatility.The support signal from the previous session is still having a propping effect on the market and may give the market a further opportunity to retest the MA(20) area, the 1,695 point area, in the near future.
However, this recovery bounce is temporarily technical in nature following the decline to the 1,600 point support area. Concurrently, the risk of facing resistance pressure from the MA(20) area remains quite high due to the market's lackluster performance recently.
