EUROSTOXX - weak bounce over, bearish sentiment to resume

SEP'17 contract - Bearish signals for EUROSTOXX on the week and for Thursday have been confirmed, investors selling into the last 3 day rally and for sentiment to deteriorate by just over 50 Pts on the day overall. However, the dip continues to attract buyers, yesterday from close to last week's 3425 base, sentiment recovering by 33 Pts from the bottom. Despite this signals continue to point lower and although there is the potential for further temporary bounces the outlook for Friday is to sell on the open and at 3461, yesterday's Marabuzo line with a stop loss at 3494, last week's Marabuzo. Targets are to 3425/27, June & July low trades, 3405 and 3377, the window which has been left open since the last 11 week close.
