Dios' general objective is to create good profitability in its property holding and thereby give its shareholders a sustainably high and stable return. Co.'s operations are geographically divided into six market areas - Dalarna, Gavleborg, Vasternorrland, Jamtland, Vasterbotten and Norrbotten - with each market area constituting an administrative district. The staff in each area have operational responsibility for the properties and customer contacts in the market area.
