Eurocon Consulting AB (publ). Eurocon Consulting publ AB is a Sweden-based technical consultancy company. It offers its products and services globally to companies active in the paper and pulp, energy, chemistry and mining industries, among others. Its products include SiteBase, a software suite that focuses on document and object management; MOPS (Mill Information and Optimization System), a tool for the pulp and paper industry, as well as the PulpEye products. The Company has offices located in Kiruna, Ornskoldsvik, Harnosand, Sundsvall, Stockholm and Karlstad. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one wholly owned direct subsidiary, namely Eurocon Engineering AB, as well as owned 50% shares of Eurocon Optimation AB, 40% shares of Eurocon GmbH, 30% shares of MoRe Research O-vik AB and 30% shares of Eurocon MOPSsys AB. In May 2014, it took over the remaining shares in Eurocon FLK AB.
