Nufarm operates in two segment: crop protection and seed technologies. Co.'s crop protection segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of crop protection products used by farmers to protect crops from damage caused by weeds, pests and disease and is managed by several geographic segments, being Australia and New Zealand, Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America. Co.'s seed technologies segment is engaged in the sale of seeds and seed treatment products and is managed on a worldwide basis.

Sayona Mining is engaged in the identification, acquisition and evaluation of mineral exploration assets, focusing on lithium and graphite. Co. focuses on sourcing and developing projects capable of supplying the raw materials required to construct lithium-ion batteries for use in the green technology sectors.

Woodside Petroleum is engaged in hydrocarbon exploration, evaluation, development, production and marketing. Co.'s operating segments include: North West Shelf Project, which is engaged in the exploration, evaluation, development, production and sale of liquefied natural gas, pipeline natural gas, condensate, liquefied petroleum gas and crude oil from the North West Shelf ventures; Pluto LNG, which is engaged in the exploration, evaluation, development, production and sale of liquefied natural gas and condensate in assigned permit areas; Australia Oil; Browse FLNG; and Wheatstone LNG. As of Dec 31 2015, Co. had proved reserves of 1.15 billion barrels of oil equivalent.
