HIV inventory wrinkle exposes valid concerns

Inventory movement distorted solid underlying HIV growth, but a genericising portfolio of older products and cannibalisation still represent threats to what appears to be a promising launch for Biktarvy. HCV disappointed on greater than expected price erosion dashing hopes for a hint of near-term stabilisation. We revise down our price target to $69 ($71 prior) and maintain Neutral.
