MRL: Mixed set of 1Q18 results
The good news from the larger stake in Testa Residencial could be shadowed by the lower occupancy rates in 1Q18. We do not expect these 1Q18 results to have a significant impact on its share price. We maintain unchanged our Buy recommendation.
