BankM Research: All for One Steeb AG - 2015/16e: Strategische Zukäufe und gesundes organisches Wachstum erwartet
​Mit Vorlage des 2014/15er Geschäftsberichtes hat die All for One Steeb AG (ISIN DE0005110001, Prime Standard, A1OS GY) unsere nach den Q3 Zahlen angehobenen Schätzungen in Bezug auf den Umsatz leicht und bezogen auf das EBIT klar übertroffen. Trotz eines höher als geplanten Finanzaufwandes – Folgewirkung einer IFRS bedingten Anpassung der 2013/14 Zahlen – konnte auch das EPS die Erwartungen übererfüllen. Wesentlich zu dem guten Abschneiden beigetragen haben in unseren Augen vor allem die starke Auslastung der Berater sowie ein Einmaleffekt aus einer Rückstellungsauflösung aufgrund von Effizienzsteigerungen nach vorgezogenen Investitionen. Der Kurs (+122% in 2015) ist der guten operativen Entwicklung allerdings vorausgelaufen. Fundamental und ohne Berücksichtigung „weicher Faktoren“ (regelmäßige Prognoseanhebungen etc.) hat die Aktie aktuell nur begrenztes Aufwärtspotenzial. Wir bleiben bei unserer Empfehlung, die All for One Steeb-Aktie bei einem fairen Wert von € 65,00 zu halten.
