Die CeoTronics AG (ISIN DE0005407407, Basic Board, CEK GY) hat im Geschäftsjahr 2020/21 den Umsatz auf € 26,6 Mio. (+8,4%) ausgebaut – durch den überproportional gewachsenen Service-Umsatz (+57,7%) und die gut prognostizierbaren Teilabrufe von Großaufträgen hat sich der Anteil sehr gut planbarer Umsätze von 41,7% auf 52,7% gesteigert. Die Kennzahlen EBIT (€ 3,24 Mio.; + 29,5%) und EPS (€ 0,32; +28%) zeigten sich deutlich verbessert. Für das abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr möchte die Gesellschaft daher eine Dividende i.H.v. € 0,12 pro Aktie ausschütten, wir gehen davon aus, dass CeoTronics auch in den kommenden Jahren eine aktionärsfreundliche Ausschüttungspolitik verfolgen wird. Durch das vorteilhafte Umfeld (höhere Investitionsbereitschaft für innere/äußere Sicherheit) und den wachsenden Service-Anteil ist die CeoTronics-Aktie mit einem EV/Umsatz von 1,3 weiterhin attraktiv.
