Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat neu besetzt

Die Hauptversammlung der CytoTools AG (ISIN DE000A0KFRJ1, Basic Board, T5O GY) vom 30. September 2021 hat den Aufsichtsrat neu besetzt. Der neue Aufsichtsrat unter Leitung von Arne Björn Segler hat in der Folge Herrn Dr. Bruno Rosen mit sofortiger Wirkung zum Vorstand bestellt.
Wie im Vorfeld angekündigt, sind die beiden bisherigen Vorstände, Herr Dr. Marc-Andre Freyberg und Dr. Dirk Kaiser, aus dem Amt ausgeschieden.
Derzeit ist die strategische Ausrichtung zur Fortführung des operativen Geschäfts noch nicht kommuniziert worden. Bis zur Bekanntgabe der zukünftigen strategischen und operativen Vorgehensweise und Ziele setzen wir unsere Bewertung sowie unser Kursziel bis auf Weiteres aus.
