• With the new restructuring in the State after the Presidency system, there has been some inefficiencies and delays until the dust settles, which has pushed working capital requirements of Aselsan up, as there has been some delays in the receivables. The company expects some normalization after the elections on 31 March and does not see any receivables risk as the major business client is the State.
