Beatrice Grech-Cumbo Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Beatrice Grech-Cumbo has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Chicago office. She will lead the North American Leadership Development solution area and will also be part of the North American Korn Ferry Hay Group leadership team.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grech-Cumbo was a Senior Vice President of Global Talent at Walmart, leading a team that strategically managed and developed the world’s largest private workforce. Prior to Walmart, she was a Partner at Aon Hewitt where she was responsible for leading the North American Talent Practice.

Ms. Grech-Cumbo has over 25 years of experience as a strategic business consultant to a wide variety of clients in manufacturing, retail, technology services and transportation, and will help support the firm’s Industrial clients. Over her career, she has facilitated transformation and assisted clients with growth and restructuring initiatives.

Ms. Grech-Cumbo holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree in Business Operation Research and Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. She is a Certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, California.
