Cynthia Stuckey Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Cynthia Stuckey has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner, responsible for driving strategy executions and organization design solutions. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s London office.

Ms. Stuckey brings extensive global consultancy and business management experience to Korn Ferry Hay Group, having held several advisory, management, and sales roles across different industries. Most recently, Ms. Stuckey was Managing Director for EMEA at The Forum Corporation, a global performance improvement company. Here, Ms. Stuckey was also part of the Global Executive team, building strategies and teams, and bolstering capability across all business functions, including delivery, finance, marketing and sales. She was also a senior level advisor on talent and commercial strategies and sales effectiveness to global clients and spoke regularly on topics related to strategy execution, talent development and sales effectiveness.

Prior to The Forum Corporation, Ms. Stuckey worked at MasterCard Worldwide as Vice President of Global Sales Effectiveness. She was instrumental in supporting the organization’s public offering and driving exponential growth and sales capabilities globally. Prior to this role, she held positions as Business Development and Marketing Director at Aurora Healthcare, as well as Vice President and Director of Consulting and Client Services at Hunter Business Group. Ms. Stuckey has also served as a senior consultant/advisor to leading organizations such as Citi Group, CommonWealth Bank, Deutsch Bank, Roche, QBE, Alliance, 3M, Pentair, Swarovski, American Express, and IBM.

Ms. Stuckey holds an MBA(MHA) from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a Masters of HealthCare Administration and Business (BS) from the University of Wisconsin.
