Frank Giampietro Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Senior Client Partner and Chief Commercial Officer

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Frank Giampietro has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and Chief Commercial Officer. He will be based in the Philadelphia office and will be a member of the Korn Ferry Hay Group global leadership team.

Mr. Giampietro brings to the firm deep expertise in helping clients manage big, complex change initiatives. He has a strong background in M&A, change management and business leadership.

Mr. Giampietro joins Korn Ferry from Willis Towers Watson, where he was Managing Director, Group Exchanges. During this time, he led the integration of multiple acquisitions into a fully integrated healthcare exchange and administration business, creating a new brand and market value proposition for the business and leading new client relationships and sales teams across the integrated businesses.

Prior to this role, he led the Philadelphia Market for Towers Watson for six years, where he provided strategic commercial leadership. Mr. Giampietro also held multiple roles with Towers Perrin, including Change Management Group Leader, global M&A leader, and overall Client Relationship Manager for many marquee accounts.
