Henry Topping Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Henry Topping has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Consumer Practice in Korn Ferry’s New York office.

Mr. Topping joins Korn Ferry from a global recruiting firm, where he was Partner and Global Head of the Media, Entertainment and Sports Practice. As such, he was an active member of the broader Consumer and Technology Practices which focused on executive search, assessment, and organizational transformation.

Functionally, Mr. Topping’s work has emphasized general management, digital, finance, revenue and marketing. Working with Boards of Directors and C-Suite executives, Mr. Topping provided human capital advisory services to both private equity portfolio companies and major corporations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Topping worked at John Wiley & Sons where he was Vice President, Business Development, responsible for developing and executing the company’s successful strategic alliances strategy. A former entrepreneur, Mr. Topping co-founded and led Sprout, a highly regarded Internet-based, on-demand software company serving the publishing industry.

Mr. Topping has a BA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from The Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at The University of Virginia. He is a former board member of Lincoln Center Education and his family is actively involved with The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
