Juana Duque Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Juana Duque has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry Hay Group. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s Bogotá office.

Ms. Duque brings to the firm more than two decades of experience as an organizational consultant specializing in leadership development and team building. Ms. Duque began her career in a boutique talent & strategy consulting firm where she accompanied executives from national and international companies in the development of their hard and soft skills, helping them to reach their own goals as leaders as well as those of their businesses.

Ms. Duque later joined Hay Group as Consulting Director for the Andean Region where she was responsible for driving growth in Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela while supporting other lines of business in alignment with regional strategy. In 2012, Ms. Duque started working as an independent consultant and continued to help leaders and family owned businesses to unlock success through executive coaching and team development.

Ms. Duque has a degree in psychology from the Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá with a specialization in philosophy and political science from Notre Dame University in the USA, as well as a number of leadership certifications.
