Karen Jamesley Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Karen Jamesley has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Korn Ferry Hay Group Executive Pay & Governance practice based in the New York office. Ms. Jamesley will focus on serving clients in the Financial Services sector.

Ms. Jamesley is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in financial services and has a global background in both Human Resources and Business Administration. She has deep expertise in the areas of strategic planning, budgetary oversight, executive compensation, M&A integration, talent development, succession planning and executive compensation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Jamesley was at Morgan Stanley. She spent most of her career in the Human Resources Division and ultimately led the function as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In her capacity as CHRO, Ms. Jamesley was a key liaison to the Board of Directors’ Compensation and Succession Planning Committee. She was instrumental in advising the Board on significant matters including CEO succession planning, NEO incentive compensation, multibillion-dollar cash and equity based employee programs and the overhaul of health and welfare, defined benefit, and defined contribution plans. She has navigated senior management and HR teams through transformational events such as the Dean Witter merger, Discover Card spin off, Smith Barney acquisition and conversion to a Bank Holding Company.

Ms. Jamesley has a B.A. in psychology with a concentration in marketing from Pace University.
