Korn Ferry Futurestep Establishes Healthcare Technology & Services Practice

The Futurestep division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced the launch of a dedicated Healthcare Technology & Services Practice. This new Practice will be a direct extension of Korn Ferry’s market-leading Healthcare Technology Executive Search Practice, which brings unparalleled industry expertise, having completed more than 600 executive engagements across the Healthcare Technology Sector since 2003.

Jessica Johnson has been named Sector Leader, Healthcare Technology & Services Futurestep. Johnson has been a core member of Korn Ferry’s Healthcare Technology Practice for more than 10 years.

“The Practice extends the Korn Ferry brand of excellence beyond executive search to include the recruitment of professional and technical talent across Healthcare Technology & Services,” said Johnson.

“We’re excited to be establishing this Practice as there is a significant opportunity to help our clients with their human capital needs across their entire organizations,” said Doug Greenberg, Korn Ferry Executive Search Global Sector Leader, Healthcare Technology & Services. “As healthcare continues its journey from volume to value, the skills our clients are requiring are changing and becoming more complex, with a greater focus on consumerism, analytics and tech-enabled services.”

“The Practice will bring broad capabilities and expertise across the entire Health Tech market, serving Payors, Providers and Healthcare Technology Companies,” said Greenberg.

As a division of Korn Ferry, Futurestep provides solutions across the entire talent lifecycle; from global and regional recruitment process outsourcing and project recruitment to professional search and talent acquisition advisory.

“With our deep industry expertise, global reach and industry-leading IP, Futurestep is uniquely positioned to help our clients discover, attract and retain the best professional talent for their business,” said Johnson.
