Laura Balser Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Associate Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Laura Balser has joined the firm as Associate Client Partner in the Korn Ferry Hay Group Executive Pay & Governance practice based in the Washington D.C. office.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Balser was a Principal in a global human capital consulting firm’s Talent practice and a key client relationship manager. Before that, she was a Principal Managing Director at an insurance brokerage and consulting firm where she focused on providing executive benefits advisory services.

Ms. Balser’s expertise is primarily working with management and boards through strategy, design and implementation of executive compensation and benefits programs. She has over 15 years of experience consulting with publicly-traded, privately-held and not-for-profit organizations on regulatory, funding and compliance matters impacting executive rewards programs.
