Patrick Walsh Joins Korn Ferry in Global Industrial Practice

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Patrick Walsh has joined the firm in the Global Industrial Practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Minneapolis office.

Mr. Walsh joins Korn Ferry from another global search firm where he was a leader and significant contributor to the firm’s growth in Minneapolis and the industrial market worldwide. Focused on recruiting board directors, general management and financial executives for public and private equity-backed companies, Mr. Walsh has helped to build strong CEO and board relationships.

In this role, Mr. Walsh also served as head of the Industrial Practice for the Americas, responsible for driving global cooperation across the firm in its largest practice.

“Pat has led major CEO searches for some of the world’s leading companies across the agribusiness sector and throughout the industrials market” said Yannick Binvel, President, Global Industrial Market, Korn Ferry. “His deep industry knowledge and global experience will be a strong addition to the firm. Previously, Mr. Walsh worked at McKinsey & Company, where he led engagement teams serving senior management on strategic and organizational issues. Prior to that, he was a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Walsh earned a B.S. from Miami University of Ohio and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He sits on the Board of Governors of the Children's Theater Company in Minneapolis.
