Rob Wengel Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Rob Wengel has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner, Solutions Architect, Innovation. He will work out of Korn Ferry’s Stamford office.

Mr. Wengel joins Korn Ferry from The Cambridge Group where he was Principal and Leader of Strategic Innovation. The Cambridge Group, a division of Nielsen, works with multi-national companies to create demand driven growth strategies. Mr. Wengel brings global expertise on organization, process, and marketing drivers of innovation success. He is the co-author of the Nielsen Breakthrough Innovation annual report.

Prior to The Cambridge Group, Mr. Wengel led the Nielsen Innovation Practice for North America. He served as an analytics and client consulting executive at Nielsen, and, prior to, led large organizations at TNS Custom Research and IRI.

“Rob has more than 30 years of consumer industry experience, working for large companies like Procter & Gamble, Tambrands, Benckiser and Waterworks,” said Jean-Marc Laouchez, Global Managing Director, Solutions, Korn Ferry. “He is a real innovation thought leader and will undoubtedly excel at helping clients achieve mission critical priorities through their talent strategy. We look forward to having him join our team.”

Mr. Wengel has a B.S. in Marketing from University of Maryland and has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA).
