Scott Leuchter Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Head of Industrial Manufacturing, North America

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Scott Leuchter has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner. He will lead the firm’s industrial manufacturing advisory services in North America.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Leuchter was Principal-in-Charge of the Global People and HR Transformation practice at The Hackett Group. Previously, he was a leader in people advisory services at Ernst & Young and a practitioner at Crowe Horwath.

Mr. Leuchter brings to the firm nearly 20 years of HR and talent management strategy experience. Working primarily with global multinationals in the industrial sector, his core areas of expertise are functional and program performance improvement and organizational design, change and development solutions.

Mr. Leuchter has led multiple Fortune 1000 C-suite, business and HR leadership teams through strategy articulation and planning, designing and implementing service delivery models, and optimizing people capabilities and processes.

Mr. Leuchter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration, a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Doctorate of Psychology. Prior to his professional career in human resources, he served in the United States Army for 10 years. He is a published author and a frequent speaker on human capital management with the Society for Human Resource Management, Society for Consulting Psychology, Human Capital Institute and CFO Magazine.
