Scott Rodin Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Scott Rodin has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner. He will be based in the New York office.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodin was SVP of Total Rewards for First Data Corp., where he led the company’s HR programs related to their 2015 IPO. He has held similar roles at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BNY Mellon, and Credit Suisse. In addition, Mr. Rodin spent four years as an HR Operating Executive with the private investment firm Cerberus, where he worked with its portfolio companies around transformation and turnaround efforts involving executive and employee compensation, performance management, health, welfare, retirement, technology, and business operations.

Mr. Rodin has deep expertise in Rewards and Benefits and his specialty is in the implementation of large integrated solutions in client companies. He is an expert with a long history in financial services and private equity and will help support the firm’s Financial Services clients.

Mr. Rodin holds a B.S. in Accounting from Long Island University and is a New York State CPA.
