“I see our IT leaders work together each and every day to create a great experience for our customers,” said Ken Solon, executive vice president and chief information officer at Lincoln Financial. “But on draft night, we were not thinking about system uptime or software applications. Instead, we were focused on the children and families who will receive these meals.”

Rise Against Hunger is an international hunger relief organization that distributes food and life-changing aid to the world’s most vulnerable. Each year, thousands of volunteers join Rise Against Hunger to package meals, support warehouse operations and assist with administrative duties.

“It was a great experience working with Lincoln Financial,” said Robby Riggs, client engagement manager for Rise Against Hunger in Philadelphia. “We appreciate all the enthusiasm and dedication from the volunteers who rolled up their sleeves to work toward our mission of ending hunger. Every meal changes a life across the globe, and we’re looking forward to working with Lincoln again."
