Lincoln Financial Group Names James Christie Head of Competitive Market Solutions for Insurance Solutions Distribution

Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) announced today that James Christie has been named vice president and head of Competitive Market Solutions for Insurance Solutions Distribution (ISD) for Lincoln Financial Distributors. In this newly created position, Christie reports directly to Andrew Bucklee, senior vice president and head of ISD. In his role, Christie will lead the ISD Competitive Services, Advanced Sales and Product Training groups. He will partner closely with Lincoln’s insurance solutions national sales managers, product manufacturers and marketing teams by providing competitive insights and sales positioning for Lincoln Financial’s go-to-market strategies.

Christie joined Lincoln Financial in 2006 and has worked in various roles within the organization. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Management and a Master’s of Business Administration in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University. Christie holds FINRA Series 6, 26 and 63 licenses, as well a New Hampshire Life, Accident and Health license. In 2016, he was named by LIMRA as one of the Top 25 Rising Stars in Distribution under the age of 40.
