Operating far from the crowd. We initiate coverage on Obour Land, Egypt’s largest carton pack cheese player in value terms, with an Overweight rating and a 12-month TP of EGP14.0/share. Trading on a 2017e P/E of 11x, well below MENA peers’ 18x, the stock boasts a healthy cash cycle with 3 receivables DoH vs. c56 for peers thanks to its cash-and-carry model. Obour Land concentrates on rural areas—Delta and Upper Egypt (75% of sales)—which are less competitive and we believe have higher per capita demand vs. Greater Cairo particularly for carton pack cheese.
