TLV posted net income of RON 475.6 mln in the second quarter on a Group level, up by 93.5% y-o-y and 22.3% q-o-q. Nevertheless, the results are difficult to compare as integration of the new entities distort the figures, mainly on the consolidated side. There was a gain of RON 111 mln due to the acquisitions which is the largest item or one-off, as lines under operating expenses, tax expenses and other income closes up to zero.
